Sole practitioner Hilary Underwood is a specialist in all areas of family law and is a member of The Law Society's Family Law Panel, an accreditation to solicitors recognised as expert lawyers demonstating experience and knowledge in handling the complexities of relationship breakdown.

Hilary who is originally from Northamptonshire, attended the University of North London where she achieved an Upper Second Class Law Degree with Honours.

She then gained a Distinction at the College of Law, London before moving to the Island in 1997 and qualifying in August 1999.
